How do I clean my products?
✨ When cleaning your framed print, it is crucial to handle it with care. Remove the frame print from the wall and place it flat on a stable surface. Use a soft, lint-free cloth or a soft brush to clean the frame.
For canvas prints, gentle cleaning is essential to prevent damage. Use a soft, dry cloth to dust the surface, and if needed, lightly dampen the cloth with water to wipe the surface. Avoid using cleaning solutions or harsh chemicals as they can harm the print.
When cleaning your metal poster, use water with a small amount of dishwashing soap and a wet cloth to clean it effectively.
Do my product have a warranty?
Even if it's uncommon, we will gladly replace your defective products at no cost or hassle within 24 months after your purchase. Read all the details in our Refund policy.
How can I pay for an order?
Depending on your country, we offer various forms of payment: credit cards ( Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more. The payments are made in USD, EUR, GBP, DKK, SEK, CHF, NOK, and more. Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible as once your order is in production we are unable to make changes. Orders may be in production as soon as 1 hour after placing your order.
Do you ship to my country?
We do our best to cover as many countries as possible. We ship right now in 60+ countries around the world. If your country is not listed in our shipping zones, your country might be excluded from our shipping destination list. There are many reasons why we are not able to deliver to your region, including importing restrictions, limitation from our carriers, etc.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Depending the product, your order is usually produced and packaged with care within 1-3 business days and shipped to you as quickly as possible.
What is the estimated time of delivery?
If you live in USA/CAN/UK or European Union countries, the delivery of your order should take 2-6 days not including the time to produce the order which varies from 1-3 business days.
Outside the countries described above, it can take between 5-10 days not including the time to produce the order which varies from 1- 3 business days.
What are the shipping costs ?
We do our best to keep reasonable shipping costs. Of course, you can imagine that it's not so easy to ship very big canvas. Our shipping costs depend on the total weight and size of the package, the country of shipment and fuel fee.
To check precise shipping costs you just need to add your favorite artwork to the cart and check during the checkout.
Will there be any customs fee applied to my order?
For orders shipped within the European Union, UK, USA, CAN, Norway,Brazil, AU/NZ, or Singapore, you are not supposed pay custom fees because we pay everything for you.
However, if you are outside the countries described above, However, if you live in another country, we cannot guarantee that additional charges will apply.
Art4Fans is not responsible for these charges if they apply and they are your responsibility as a customer.
Before buying abroad, you should always check the rules and regulations relating to your country's customs policies and tax obligations through your government's official channels.
Do you offer insurance and tracking number?
All our shipments are insured for total value and have tracking number which will be communicated to you when shipping out your order.
My package arrived damaged, what can I do?
We do our best to pack your order with great care! However, it may happen that your parcel arrives damaged. Although this is unfortunate, don't worry - we'll replace it as soon as possible.

What happens if I received a wrong product?
Nobody is perfect! 🙄 In the rare case that we shipped a wrong artwork, please contact us immediately. We will process to replacement for you at no charge.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible via our chat. Once your order is in production we are unable to make changes. Orders may be in production as soon as 1 hour after placing your order.
I changed my mind, can I return my product?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customer-care@art4fans.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns are accepted for either store credit of the full order value including shipping, or a full refund less our actual shipping costs.
Is there exception?
Short answer : yes! Originals and Limited Editions items, we may only be able to offer a return depending on availability.
Giant Art : each artwork we produce and package is made out specifically for each customer. For this reason once an order has been placed we are unable to change, exchange or cancel orders.
Finally, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
How long it takes to receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Returns are accepted for either store credit of the full order value including shipping, or a full refund less our actual shipping costs.
If accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
