The customer confirms that they are the rightful owner of the uploaded image(s) and/or have full legal rights to use and reproduce the content submitted. The customer agrees not to upload any material protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights unless they own such rights or have obtained all necessary permissions.
We (the seller) are not liable for any infringement of intellectual property rights resulting from the content provided by the customer.
Content Restrictions
The customer agrees not to upload any images that contain:
- Violent or graphic content
- Blood or gore
- Nudity or sexually explicit material
- Hateful or discriminatory content
- Any content that violates applicable laws or platform policies

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order that includes content we deem inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful, at our sole discretion.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any submitted artwork that does not comply with these conditions. In such cases, the order will be fully refunded, and the customer will be notified.

SECTION 14 - CONTESTS, SWEEPSTAKES AND PROMOTIONS

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms.
